6.      If  you are new to the Community or you are renting your home we require either a Utility bill, Title information or signed Lease agreement and the lease agreement should also have owner and tenant signatures acknowledging that they are aware of the Associations Governing Documents, and will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Association.  In order to have your name entered into the gate directory.

 

Emergency Gate Procedures:  Gate is not operating, cannot enter/exit gate or gate is broken please call Pro HOA at 222-2391 and ask for either the Community Association Manager or their Assistant.   We will require your name, address, and phone number and what the problem is with the gate. We will then contact the appropriate parties to correct this issue within a two hour time frame. Management will verify gate problems with either contact of a member of the Board of Directors, Committee members or a sight inspection. We will then contact the Gate Company to repair the gates. We will also call the homeowner back as to how and when the repairs will be completed. After hours management will dispatch and emergency calls to the gate company.
