Can I add rolling shutters, security bars, front security gates, solar equipment, and basketball hoops in/on/near my home?

The Talaverde Rules and Regulations and Talaverde CC&R's clearly list the rules and regulations of each of these items.  All exterior improvements MUST be approved by the Talaverde Homeowner Association as well as Summerlin West, the parent association.  Details on obtaining this approval can be found on the ARC review procedure page.
