ALERT: One of our association members is searching for a green carry on suitcase that housed a computer and memory stick which contains vital information! It was lost along Stonewall Springs Avenue during the early morning of July 9th. A REWARD is being offered for the return of the memory stick. Please contact the Talaverde Webmaster via Email if you have any information that can lead to its recovery. If you would rather return it anonymously please mail it to Talaverde HOA, c/o Professional HOA Managers, 3057 Warm Springs, Bldg 3, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89120 with a note that this is the missing memory stick from Talaverde and please contact the Talaverde Webmaster so it can be returned to its owner!

NEW: The Talaverde Webmaster created THIS MAP of registered sex offenders that reside within a two mile radius of our Talaverde Community, keeping our residents informed of this latest information (taken from the Metropolitan Police Department's web site). This map is superior to the one on Metro's site though as it is specific to our community and can be zoomed in/out plus it has other Google Map features such as satellite view.
